Ron Mastrogiovanni
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Mastrogiovanni is President and Chief Executive Officer of HealthView Services. He brings more than 25 years of experience including leadership positions in management consulting, financial services, and the computer industry. Most recently, Mr. Mastrogiovanni co-founded FundQuest, a provider of wealth management solutions for financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, and other firms that provide investment products.

He and two other founders led FundQuest through a period of dramatic growth and continued market share gains. Mr. Mastrogiovanni’s expertise, strategic planning, and aggressive new-product introduction cycles led FundQuest to become known as one of the most comprehensive fee-based money management solutions in the industry. Mr. Mastrogiovanni oversaw the development of the company to accumulate over $12 billion in assets under management with approximately 80 institutional clients. The company was recently sold to BNP Paribas, a global leader in banking and financial services.

Before co-founding FundQuest, Mr. Mastrogiovanni served as President of The Parker Company, a management consulting firm specializing in high technology startups. Prior to The Parker Company, he held general management positions as well as senior sales and marketing positions in several high technology firms. Mr. Mastrogiovanni is a graduate of Boston State College, which is now the University of Massachusetts. He earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College.

Jeffrey K. Cohen, M.D.
Chairman of HealthView Medical Advisory Board

Dr. Cohen is Chairman of the HealthView Medical Advisory Board, president of the Triangle Urological Group in Pittsburgh, PA and serves as director of the Division of Urology at Allegheny General Hospital. He is an associate professor of surgery at Drexel University/Allegheny General Hospital. Certified by the American Board of Urology, Dr. Cohen received his medical degree from the State University of New York - Syracuse Upstate Medical Center in 1979. Dr. Cohen then completed his internship and residency training in surgery and urology at the Case Western Reserve - University Hospital of Cleveland followed by a fellowship in urologic oncology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Institute, Houston, TX.
 

Dr. Cohen is actively involved in researching new technologies for urological disorders and has been instrumental in pioneering cryosurgery for the treatment of prostate and renal disorders. Dr. Cohen is a member of the American Urological Association (AUA) and has served on the AUA New Technology and Treatment Advisory Committee. Dr. Cohen has received many awards during his career, including being named to The Best Doctors in Pittsburgh listing in Pittsburgh Magazine and to the 1996-1997 edition of Best Doctors in America. Dr. Cohen has authored numerous articles and lectures and serves as a reviewer for the Journal of Urology and Urology.

Donald P. Hearn
Vice President Business Development

Mr. Hearn is responsible for institutional marketing. He has built his career around managing the rapid growth of businesses in the financial services industry, a major distribution channel for HealthView Services. Most recently Mr. Hearn worked with Ron Mastrogiovanni as Senior Managing Director for New Business Development for a FundQuest provider of fee based programs for financial institutions. In this capacity Mr. Hearn personally negotiated multimillion dollar relationships with such major institutions as JPMorgan Chase, HSBC and USAA.

Prior to that Mr. Hearn served as President of Digital Lighthouse’s Financial Services Division and as Executive Vice President and Operating Committee Member at U.S. Trust Company in New York. During his five years at U.S. Trust he led the firm’s mutual fund asset management and services businesses through a period of rapid growth. After the division was sold to Chase Manhattan in 1995, Mr. Hearn remained with the unit for four more years as Chairman and CEO. Mr. Hearn has also held senior sales, marketing, and strategic planning roles at The Boston Company, Dalbar and the Bradford Trust Company.

Mr. Hearn is a graduate of Cornell University and received an MBA with Honors from Boston University in 1974. He has been active on a variety of industry boards and committees.

Joanna Flynn Gates
Vice President Marketing

Mrs. Gates oversees HealthView Services' institutional marketing and public relations efforts. She has close to 15 years of product development, business-to-business marketing, and client relations experience in both starts ups and global Fortune 100 and 500 organizations, including Reebok Intl. and Cendant Corp. She spent five years leading the marketing organization at FundQuest, a provider of wealth management solutions, where she was responsible for institutional sales strategy, public relations, and client communications. She worked closely with banks, insurance companies, and other firms that provide investment products to successfully launch investment products and grow their assets under management.

Mrs. Gates started her career at Reebok International where she held product development and marketing positions. She earned her BA in English Literature at Skidmore College.

Shalom Keynan

Chief Information Officer

Mr. Keynan is Chief Information Officer of HealthView Services. He has more than 15 years of software development experience building healthcare-related technology solutions. Mr. Keynan oversees the technology, development methodology and platform architecture necessary for HealthView Services to successfully provide its robust solution. He works closely with clients to determine technical requirements based on their needs and existing systems.
 
Before joining HealthView Services, he was Chief Technology Officer at WorldCare Clinical, a firm specializing in imaging services for clinical trials in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. Mr. Keynan earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical Engineering from State University of New York at Stony Brook. He also earned a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics-Operational Research and a Master of Science degree in Management and Policy from State University of New York at Stony Brook.
